On Sunday, January 26th, Camerata will host New Orleans' Bacchanal Wine Bar for a collaborative Basque Bash!

From 2-8PM, the Bacchanal chef team (Ryan Cantwell and Joaquin Rodas) will cook out of the Paulie's kitchen and serve their signature dishes and classic Basque bites (known as pintxos), while Bacchanal Wine Director Joe Briand teams up with our very own Chris Poldoian for Basque beverage pairings.

Food will be available a la carte on a first come, first served basis, so come early!

Located in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans, Bacchanal has earned national acclaim for its eclectic wine list, quality food, and live music. It's Camerata's favorite place to drink in New Orleans, and we couldn't be happier to host them for Texas Txotx.
