PRIMAL NIGHT_11x17Poster_WEARECREATE.png

Be Bad for A Good Cause: Bacchanal hosts ‘Primal Night’,  Monday nights in January. Fire pit and grill build out happens throughout the day, while guest chefs prep for a sunset feast under the Bacchanal trees. Each Primal Night offers a new and exciting menu. Past events have featured roasted lamb, stuffed whole cobia and half a hog--each item locally and ethically sourced.

Bacchanal collaborates with local chefs who co-host the Primal Nights. On January 8th, Fredo Nogueria of Cane and Table and Cure will takeover the grill pit,  January 15th will feature Nathanial Zimet of Boucherie and Bourrée; more collaborations to be announced. Each Primal Night Event is free to attend, however there is a $20 suggested donation for plates. 100% of proceeds raised from Primal Nights go to “Pure Water 4 Kids”, an organization that helps bring purified water to Puerto Rican communities affected by Hurricane Maria.

Party in the yard all day with live music acts, plates are ready by sunset.
