EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS

In the event of an evacuation of New Orleans due to a Hurricane, Bacchanal would like to extend evacuation assistance to all of our employees.

As soon as we see that a storm has been upgraded and evacuation is likely, we will start a text chain with all employees and will update info on this site of where we all are and what we are doing.

If you choose to go with us, Bacchanal will take care of your gas and hotel at our meeting point in Memphis. Please keep gas receipts or if you are carpooling with one of the managers, they can fill your tanks up with gas.

FILL UP YOUR CAR WITH GAS IMMEDIATELY

*If a hurricane seems imminent, gas stations may no longer get gas delivered to them so please top your tanks off sooner rather than later.

 

Your supervisors should be getting information from all of you about car pooling needs/availability.  If you have space in your car, please sign up.  If you need a ride, please sign up.  Please also state how many pets you have. We will be pet friendly wherever we are going.

Evacuating Instructions

Get to Bacchanal with your essential items and Pets. If you need a ride to Bacchanal, please let us know and we set up a pickup for you if possible.


We will all leave from Bacchanal and meet at the first Rendezvous point. We will wait for an hour at the first available point and then caravan to the Hotel in Memphis. We will stay as connected as we can via text and through this web page.
